Rethinking market regulation

Republikon Intézet

"While the liberal approach to government economic involvement is changing in response to the challenges of recent years, we cannot forget the concerns about state intervention that have characterised it from the start. What is needed for the future are solutions that allow the state to intervene effectively, but that tie its hands sufficiently to ensure that it does not upset the market balance in the long run and that public money really does go to those who need it."
